Q: Can you tell me more about your products?
Here's what you need to know about our polymer clay products:
- All polymer clay products are individually and lovingly handmade so no two pieces are the same. Hence, do expect slight variances in design, shape and colour.
- As is the nature of handmade products, there may be slight imperfections in each piece. But hey, that's what makes them special and one-of-a-kind! However, utmost care has been taken to ensure that the pieces arrive to you in the best condition possible. No exchanges or refunds will be given if you are unhappy with the quality or designs.
- The actual colours of the products may vary from the pictures shown online due to respective screen settings.
Q: How do I take care of my brooch?
Treat your brooch like a tiny work of art! Follow these tips to keep your brooches in tip-top shape. And remember, a little TLC goes a long way!
- Store away from sunlight in a clean and dry place.
- Store the polymer clay brooches separately from items that have rough and jagged edges as these may scratch the surface of the brooches. The plastic packaging that comes with each brooch is perfect for storage😊
- To extend the life of your polymer clay brooches, avoid them coming into contact with oils, aerosol sprays, creams and perfumes.
- To clean your polymer clay brooch, gently rub with a lightly dampened cloth or use a cotton bud dipped in rubbing alcohol.
- Do not bend, drop or throw your polymer clay brooches. They may be pretty durable, but can still break.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
We ship to selected countries around the world. Have a suggestion on where we should ship our brooches to? Give us a holler and let us know :)
Q: Can I return or exchange my brooch?
- All sales are final. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to change or cancel your order once it is confirmed.
- Exchanges or refunds will only be offered for items that are damaged during transit. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving the items. Contact us directly via email (info@apinchofmoxie.net) or Instagram (@apinchofmoxie_sg) with your order number and pictures of the damaged product. Do note that we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange after the stipulated number of days.
